Tickets

Please select your desired visit day. You can visit the musuem at any time on the selected visit day an stay als long as you like within the opening hours.

Important information:

• Every visitor requires a ticket. Exception: Members and school members may enter directly by presenting a valid membership card.
• You can proceed directly to the entrance by presenting the QR code on your smartphone or a printed copy of your ticket.
• For discounted tickets, a valid proof of eligibility must be presented upon entry.
• Kindergarten tickets and discounted family tickets are available exclusively at the museum ticket counters.
• Tickets are available for advance purchase for the next three weeks only.

Please note:

Tickets are valid only for the selected date. Exchanges and refunds are therefore not possible.
